Order Fulfillment
You will receive your merchandise within 3-14 business days. Luna Designs can't always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email. Standard delivery orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service. You will receive an email with the UPS tracking number and expected date of delivery.
Item Availability
We are vigilant about keeping our inventory full, accurate and up to date. There are rare occasions where we sell out of an item that you’ve ordered.Certain items may be on back order when they ship from our suppliers. If this occurs we will notify you by email with a status update within 24 hours.
Any changes to your order due to availability will be refunded promptly.

Luna Designs Online accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Fraud Prevention and Security Review
To prevent fraud, if you provide information that does not match the information held by your credit card company, your order will be flagged by our system with a security review alert. If this occurs, a customer service representative will email you to verify additional information.
If you do not respond within 5 business days, the order will be canceled. Merchandise in an order that is pending security review is not reserved and can be purchased by other customers. To avoid this situation, please take care in entering your credit card information at checkout.
Return and Exchange Policies-Regular Merchandise
We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items you are not completely happy with. The item must be returned to Luna Designs within 30 days of the shipping date in unworn and perfect condition and with all tags attached. Ship returns prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Returns which are received after 21 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Return shipping is at your own expense. We will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items at which time you will receive an email confirmation. When an exchange is requested, we will apply your credit towards the purchase of the new items and then refund or charge any difference remaining.
Belly Dance Costume Returns
Please note that professional bellydance costumes are subject to a $25.00 restocking fee and will only be accepted back in perfect condition with al tags attached. In addition costume returns must be pre-authorized. Costumes should be shipped insured. If costume is mispaced during shipping we will not be able to issue a refund.
